  Fantastic experience from start to finish, my watch arrived well packed and the watch itself is absolutely awesome and is exactly like the photos on the listing.   Just seeing this. A little disappointing. He mentioned there was a smell and unit wasn't working. I was a bit surprised giving that it was a working unit which you can clearly see from photo with spinning brushes. I mentioned to the gentleman that he needed to turn on the device upon plugging it in but if there was still an issue to simply open a return for full refund. He had messaged back again that I missed (seeing now) stating there was still an issue. Nonetheless no open returns for item.
