  Didn't know I had to pop the plastic welds to install it but I did and you can barely notice that it isn't welded in.

  I made a mistake, either I got the wrong part or I broke the screen so much that the replacement wouldn't work anyways. The cost of return was more than I'd have gotten for a refund, so I basically gave up, but he gave me a 20$ anyways. Didn't even ask. Obviously shipping out of the country sucks, but this merchant is ok.

  This item arrived as described and in good condition. The seller was accommodating. However, the item (a keyboard for Dell G16 Laptop) was not ultimately useful to the general consumer. That s because the keyboard in this laptop is secured with molded plastic anchors. The keyboard cannot be removed without irreversibly breaking the anchors. Shame on me for not doing my research, and shame on Dell for such a flawed design. But I wish the seller were more forthcoming as well. Live and learn.

  If it gets damaged, you can find an electric welder and weld it back together.

  Good condition, looks and fits the same as model I ordered although was slightly different model. Excellent value compared to other similar products.
