There seemed to be some confusion with billing and shipping as I received a message stating that it was out of stock and I was refunded the money. Then, four days later it arrived. How the billing process turns out, remains to be seen. Overall, it was a positive experience so far.

I contacted this seller and within about 10 minutes they sent me a message saying they were sorry and I would be receiving the replacement batteries in about seven days. If that is not great customer service then I don’t know what is.

Only negative was there was no opportunity to edit shipping address and since this was a gift, I sent a request within minutes of online payment. The request was a copy of the transaction.....they replied a few hour asking for order info ( which I had already sent ). To no avail, received gift to my address. Very quick shipping so I guess that's why they couldn't change it.

Contacted Ebay to generate a return. Had a return label for the item instantly, re packed it attached label and dropped off for Fed Ex pick up. Within 4 hours I had my refund pending on my account!! This is the best seller I ever dealt with and will do so again. Such honesty and integretiy is very rare, THANK YOU !!!
