  I ordered a black and a grey coaster. The black was completely broken and I contacted eBay and forwarded a photo as requested on 21/4/25. No response. The grey one’s frame was distorted and unable to hold the legs in place, they kept falling off. The videos advertised on FB showed them to be quite sturdy and useful. They are flimsy and unuseable. Could you please credit me for both as previously requested. Also the packaging was inadequate.
