  Seller shipped extremely fast. We got the boots within two days of purchasing. They came wrapped and protected and exactly as described. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size so we will have to save these for next year. Overall happy with my purchase

  I do feel that the seller responded immediately concerning the problem and issuing a credit. The delay in delivery was not her fault, USPS gave me 3 different delivery dates before I finally received the package. The outer box was badly crushed by USPS. I think that they tossed it around and possibly stacked much heavier package on it causing the item to break.
