BUYER NEVER SENT A PHOTO OF THE "EMPTY" ENVELOPE.. First thing they did was call us a scammer, which is usually the first move of a scammer. Been doing this since 2008 and its easy to tell a scam. Buyer was refunded in full but also reported to eBay so they cannot keep doing this.
