Contacted seller & explained & showed photos of damage & he offered a 2¢ discount (yes, 2 cents) on this $21 order (over $10 was packing & shipping). I declined this absurd & insulting "offer" & was left with an item that couldn't be given & had to reorder same item elsewhere.
