It was described as never opened, but the bobble head spring showed signs of having been rotated and the amount of the damage to the box and film was not fully clear in pictures. I did mention the wear on the box in the listing and in the pictures you can see the dent in the plastic film. I will however send you a partial refund for the bobblehead spring issue. I am sorry this was not a great experience for you and hope the partial refun helps you! We do try our best to be up front about the condition!
