The device itself is like a work of art, nothing bad about it at all for a cheap tester, robust and a very good quality item, i will recommend on repair groups.. A full 100 out of a 100 product. If you got strange faults if this company developed patch leads so you can put this between the power supply and pc to remove or install certain sockets to catch out faults that too would sell well, i will be making my own

However their customer service was exceptional and they reimbursed me immediately without any questions asked.

So I am happy to give you a 5 star rating because it is good value and good quality for money.
