The supplier Buerorechner24 (2974) has a top rated customer care... the response was extremely prompt, and they offered to replace the item... in matter of just 4 days + I had the item delivered to me. This is what I call stellar customer service with after sales, and I give this supplier an unmatched optimum 5 star rating!
