They required me to pay more customs fees and taxes ahead of delivery (seller did not warn me of this) but failed to send a receipt by e-mail as they said they would. They telephoned excessively when an e-mail would do.

I’m so impressed with the sellers communication and follow up regarding the status of how the item arrived.
