Lolo is back for another round of puzzle solving in Adventures of Lolo 3. After the defeat of the Great Devil at the end of Adventures of Lolo 2, Eggerland enjoyed a time of peace. But one day, without warning, the Great Devil's heir cast a spell on the palace that turned everyone inside to stone. Fortunately, Lolo and Princess Lala were relaxing on a nearby beach when the spell hit and were spared the effects. Now, controlling either Lolo or Lala, you must defeat the Devil's heir to break the spell. Think your way through a variety of puzzle rooms that the Devil's heir has created to prevent you from reaching him. <br><br>Fans of the series will find much of the game familiar. As in the previous games, each room is an 11 x 11 grid where you must acquire all the heart pieces to move on to the next room. You have the ability to push boxes around the room and briefly turn enemies into eggs. And, last but not least, this is not a game to be completed in one sitting. Passwords are used to save your progress throughout the game. <br><br>Unlike the previous two games, levels are no longer set up in a strict, linear order. Instead, an overhead map allows you to move to different areas that each contain a set of five puzzles. If one particular puzzle becomes too frustrating, you can go to a different area and work on a new puzzle set for a while. Additionally, most of these puzzle sets now end with a large boss character. For players new to the series, practice stages are now available that allow you to easily learn the fundamentals of the game. Finally, while the first two games had only 50 each, Adventures of Lolo 3 contains over 100 rooms.
