The main issue is that the scale on the burette shows 10 - 100 mL. The actual volume of the bottom half where the gas sample flows is about 137 mL. Therefore, you can NEVER read an accurate percent dissociation with these burettes using that scale. The scale needs to be percentage markers associated with the volume of the burette where the gas flows. They are useless as-is with this scale.
