Definitely not a sensible way to do business. Seller paid return shipping. A new purchase has to be started to generate a new transaction, otherwise the buyer would get everything for free as the first transaction must be refunded per ebay policy. This has been explained repeatedly to the buyer. Hat was shipped with the new purchase, before the wrong item was received. Shipping is stated on every item before buying. MS to CA is high.
