The appearance, looks perfectly intact, but when hooked up it does not light up it does not work. It is broken. I want to send it back and I want my money back. The value of this is useless because if it doesn’t work, you can’t use it. This review process is also a fraud. I am not able to leave anything but a positive review for the first seven days and I cannot contact anyone and review anything unless I say, it’s positive.

The unit looks like new and did not have any dust nor scratch on it. My original LineLink was not booting up at all as evidenced by the "Power" LED lits up steady green followed by a red blink on the "Phone" LED and the "Internet" LED does not even light up nor blink. Buying this unit is the only solution as T-Mobile does not stock this device anymore..Highly recommend buying from this seller.
