Unfortunately, there was a bent and broken capacitor along the bottom. I was able to reach the seller right away, and they just as rapidly offered a replacement with priority shipping. In the end they even let me keep the damaged board. Nomad Tech Renew handled everything very professionally, and I would certainly recommend them.
