Chirps upon receiving my inquiry only asked for photo proof of what was going on…after receiving photos he advised me to submit a return request with those photos and he would then refund in full. Once the request was submitted, within the hour I had a 100% refund! Amazing exemplary SERVICE!

Personally, I would have wrapped the purse in tissue or something to protect it within the box. Glad it arrived unharmed. I recommend this seller.
