Unfortunately the item did not have much protection during shipping and was loose inside the satchel with no wrap or protection. The device had considerably more wear than described which has been the second time a product ive bought from this seller arrived more worn/damaged than advertised. But both times the seller has been very good with communication and reasonable with resolving any issues within a timely manner which is apreciated greatly.
