That wasn’t the case. Due to a mounting issue, I was unable to download any software and had to contact Apple Support, who scheduled an appointment at the Apple Store. This resulted in 5+ hours wasted and a 3-day repair process, which required installing a new sensor and remounting the internal disks. When contacting the seller they did nothing about this. Very poor service.
