I had to reluctantly reject acceptance by DHL (who called me to get the $133), so the lens will be returning back to the vendor for refund (whenever that occurs). What I don't understand is that I ordered a few other items from Japan, but they came via EMS and also FedEx, and I didn't have to pay any import duties. But with DHL, they charge you import duties.

The packaging was well done, the delivery timeline was as described. This watch's deaign is stunning - classy and vintage-inspired yet affordable. 38mm case fits my puny wrist well. The heavily domed crystal makes it particularly vintage-appealing. The pale off-white /greenish blue dial is beautiful and the little red hue of Orient logo emblem highlights the whole dial. Really love it!
