The tip is smooth and works well with iPad screen (I have a matte screen protector) gives a very good drawing experience. They also work with Apple Pencil pro which is awesome, and much cheaper than standard Apple nibs. I feel I've been mislead. Have messaged seller and they haven't responded. Was gonna send back but bought these for cycling so would only mostly use one at a time while cycling anyway.
