The hard drive was flopping around inside the case and was unsecured to the PC frame and had also unseated one of the memory cards. Most disappointing was the graphics card. I made sure I bought an XP machine with a graphics card but the drivers for the card were not installed. I had to go searching on the web for XP drivers. Delivery was fast with FedEx. Packaging was adequate.

The only thing is that this did not come with 20 CD-Rom, I only got 5 CD's including the installation disc. That is all I needed to get back up and running and finish creating the Family Tree that I started and needed to finish.

Guess the first 2 were lost and the owner then sent me the last one he had. Thankful as I use these little Praise Books for sing-a- longs in Care homes. The 1951 books were new when we were young so my care homes friends love to sing these songs as I do as I learned most of the songs when I was a child in Sunday School.
