The product itself was pretty good though only complaint was it had a small scratch on it. Price was amazing for a convection vaporizer price is 10/10. Very heavy device weighing about 1/3rd of a pound vaporizes very quickly and keeps heat for a long time. The o rings do wear out very quickly so that’s something to keep in mind. The cooling beads can get stuck inside the bowl so watch out for that.
