So, you requested $80-$90 for a refund, which I explained that used joycons, which these were, typically go to $30-$40. But I also remember this being in fairly good condition, so I offered a full refund for the item back and to pay for shipping. I'm sorry we weren't able to work something out. Our ratings will show we do stand by our customers, but we also have protocols to follow.
