I would categorize it as an unintentional error related to the quantity shipped... the seller's customer service remedied the issue very quickly. The seller communicated with me and listened to me... they solved the problem. In fact, I would be happy to do business with them again.

It arrived quickly , well packaged. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong projector for the project I needed it for so I may have to return, but only because I got my models confused , nothing to do with the quality or the seller. I’m hoping to buy from them again !
