I was very impressed by their professionalism and communication. The seller however, I am quite a bit disappointed with. I was informed that the bed I purchased had “minor scratches that most people won’t notice”. Problem is that I notice it every time I look at the bed. It also wasn’t disclosed that the bed had been touched up by a furniture marker (poorly I might add). Displeased.
