I would suggest that the vendor reviews its packaging quality and the courier reviews the way in which consignments are handled.

Unfortunately the scent was broken during delivery. The seller was reachable very quickly and also transferred the purchase price back to me. I'm very grateful for that, it's not something to be taken for granted. My only criticism: I wish the package had been filled with more bubble wrap so that something like this wouldn't happen. The scent was spread throughout the package and smells delicious.
