Brand new and in an attractive gift box for an excellent price. Postage was pretty fast it arrived within specified timeframe. The only downside is the battery indicator doesn’t show the charge going down and the weight of the lighter, but that was expected due to the battery and the full metal construction. Get approximately 4 days of usage after full charge.
