The seller reached back immediately to see if i wanted to re order the item, and to expedite it due to the limited time i had to receive for a birthday present. I however ended up purchasing elsewhere. With that being said the seller was fully supportive and helpful throughout the issue. And i would definitely purchase from them in the future. Then, they sent a different iPad model without the cable, pencil, or charger, claiming they would refund the price difference. They asked me to accept a small refund first and promised to send the rest later — but of course, they ignored my messages afterward and never paid the rest. The iPad turned out to be complete rubbish — previously opened and repaired, with a non-original screen. Definitely not recommended. Don’t fall for this scam🤬
