All of the inner support beams of the cart that hold the PCB in place are broken. no signs of external damage to have occurred during shipping. It strongly appears that this is just how the cartridge was before shipping. I contacted the seller telling them that it seemed like they would have known about the condition, and they just complained about my "accusations."
