You said it was factory refurbished but it looks brand new. It was actually more than described...16gb of ram, a keyboard, a wireless mouse and, to my surprise, the 250gb "SSD" is actually a NVME drive. It's exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price I would have paid somewhere else. Love it!

Contacted them and they was quick to fix the issue and sent me an adapter cord to use with my monitor. They was quick to respond and rectify the issue. Great seller thanks for the computer
