- i***l (3)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letztes JahrBestätigter KaufI ordered two of these and it's what the listing describes it is, and they're in overall good condition, with good batteries. The screens have been replaced or tampered with at some point because they're loose and the touch screen functions doesn't work on one at all and the other one works intermittently. That's the only problems, probably a simple fix. I may return one if possible. Overall the rest of the devices functions work well.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business. We decided to keep it and take it to get fixed locally. Overall still a great experience with the buyer!

The picture in the listing is general and not the exact one I got. I will say it is still a good deal and it's working fine now that I have it set up. They did respond quickly to my questions and shipped really fast. It is a very nice-looking laptop and of good quality and condition. When Microsoft makes it that I need another replacement I'll definitely check back with this seller.
