Currently on my second order with plans to fill a Synology RS1619XS+ and an expansion unit with these. There's a warning at the beginning when setting up the volume since they aren't Synology brand but are working perfectly after slamming them with about 40TB in the first two weeks.

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
