I have reached out to the seller and am not getting an y help. I am simply asking for a refund for the (1) opened box and/or send me a new unopened box. I sincerely hope that this was a simple oversight on the seller's end, but the lack of communication makes it seem otherwise. I'd AVOID purchasing from this online seller.
