Upon unpacking and placing on desk, I heard a clunk from inside unit. I opened the case and found that the SSD drive was hanging down, it it had only been put in place with two pieces of double sided tape and came loose. That is not much of a refurbish to me. How much trouble would it take to do it correctly?

I purchased was packaged appeared like new. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong monitor. Quick to respond and send me a free return label. However, it took more than a week after they received the wrong monitor to get my refund. Maybe tied up in their return department?? Just received the refund today, Aug 8th.
