The item is as described with some observations/cautions; the CV boot guards are heavy plastic not steel. The U -shaped clamp bracket is heavy steel. The bolt/nut is a 10mm. They fit the Club Car XRT 1550 correctly - the issue is they will not fit if your vehicle has the "rock guards" that protect the front calipers & rotors. The rock guard hits the CV boot guards as the wheels turn LT/RT. You can have one or the other not both installed.
