Disappointed that there were no protective covers for the brush heads so had to purchase these separately. Also didn’t realise that the charger was a 2 pronged plug, fortunately we had an adapter to be able to put the toothbrush on charge. Time will tell if these are any good in the long term for the price.

So not as good. Other models have this function. Instructions cover many models so could also be clearer if there is any way to understand these points. Seems to be up to usual build quality

I received txt from EVRI on 20th Sept to say they had received the item and were processing delivery.As it was a small package (toothbrush heads) one would have thought delivery would be quick. NO. It took 5 days to be delivered. The money for purchase was taken from my bank before the item was delivered. WHY DO COMPANIES INSIST ON USING SUCH AN AWFUL DELIVERY COMPANY?? they'll get worse come Christmas
