Ive purchased from ebay and their site. 3 seperate times via different sites. Those cases took over a month no shipping and no contact after multiple attempts made to them. They are also in violation of FTC regulations and i will be reporting them. You have a legal obligation to ship online sales by 30 days or notify buyer of delay and give option to wait or not.

The total shipment was $35.81 I asked for combined shipment and partial refund of shipment I paid. Received the combined shipment but no refund. Three days of emails followed with a phone call to a Caswell agent and still no response to emails and no refund!
