The bear is quite nice but I am not satisfied. You messaged me however that you were dissatisfied due to the hair loss on the bear - noted both in the description and in the pictures and that we were dishonest in selling the bear though we fully disclosed this. I don't believe you carefully looked at all the photos or read the part about condition before purchasing.
