Not new so minor scratches were expected but these were very minor/cosmetic and not affecting the product at all. I bought one from new a few years ago and the power supply that came was exactly the same so I know this is the original and not a cheap PSU. Would buy again if I needed another.

The only thing wrong was that the item did not have the DVD unit as described. I can't give 5 stars because of this. However this was quickly resolved as Luke did not argue and quickly gave a refund to allow a purchase of an external unit. For communication and friendliness they deserve 5 stars.
