Happy to report that Discount Computer Depot used a Samsung EVO SSD in my computer, a recognized quality brand. It also has an A-TECH RAM stick and a FOXCONN CPU cooler, all brands I have heard of. I have had it about 2 or 3 weeks and it is working great. I installed an additional RAM stick in it as well and plan to add a low-profile GPU. I will update my review if anything fails, but so far I love it.

Item arrived as described "Refurbished Dell Computer in like new condition" Windows 11 pre-installation was great. No problems ran almost like the win 10 format. I was online and running smooth in a couple days my favorite programs installed and ran just like I wanted with somewhat better performance. Would purchase again from this seller!

Don't like windows 11 - it's very intrusive, tried to move all my imported files to their cloud. I had to start all over, delete all the files from their cloud and put them on an external hard drive. Took several hours, deleting all the unwanted "features," advertising and programs that are preloaded. But it works great now.

Dealing with FedEx over delivery delays and my request to hold the package in (what I thought) was a local FedEx office were misinterpreted by FedEx. Finally I went to the local FedEx office and picked up my box. Box was not abused. I checked the interior of the computer for loose components, but none found. I would buy again from this seller.
