I contacted the seller to see if they sold the brackets and asked them to update the description. The seller has not replied after 3 days. I have built 4 pc's from scratch over 30 years and never bought a cooler which said it supported a chipset but did not actually come with all the parts needed to connect it to that motherboard. As explained in our message after your inquiry, the cooler you purchased is indeed compatible with AM5; however, like many AM5-compatible coolers, it is designed to use the standard AM5 mounting bracket that comes pre-installed with the motherboard. You mentioned that your motherboard was purchased second-hand and did not include the original bracket. Unfortunately, this is outside of what we can control.
