Battery capacity is at 90% (very good for a 2021 model) After lots of research between the M1 Pro vs. the M3 base MacBook Air (new pros have M4 chip and $$$), the M1 pro beats the M3 chip in several workload categories, which is why I went with this laptop. The device came a day earlier than expected, and a one year warranty, which is great. We would definitely order from them again.

But I doubt that was an issue with the phone exactly. The phone is in very good condition, and runs well. It looks well kept, and nothing is damaged.

My only complaint is that it smells strongly of must, either from where it was stored or whatever the original owner was. But that's no reason to send it back in my opinion!
