It was ordered Nov. 18th and not shipped until Dec 22nd. This was after I reached out to store. Seller states they were sick and didn't ship because of that. Again, this communication didnt happen until after the item didn't arrive and I requested a refund. Since the item was sent, I did not get a refund or the item yet.
