You paid $8.85 and we were charged $8.87. That did not include the box, packing and labor to ship the $5.59 part. So USPS seems to be your complaint. Also like to point out that the shipping cost was shown on the product page, at the time you hit the add to cart, on the shopping cart page and at checkout. So you had many opportunities to stop before you purchased. Sorry you did not read, but the shipping was correct for this item
