  Was sent entirely wrong and different item. When reaching out, got no response for days, and when I did - there zero semblance of customer service or apology. I would be weary purchasing from here unless you HAVE to, as who knows if they’ll send you what actually bought, and how long it’ll take for them to do anything. I will say, I did receive a refund after shipping back the item, per eBay. No attempt or offer was made to rectify with the correct item.

  Lets get some facts straight, your 1st msg to us said "do you have the actual item" then some time later a photo.  Never did you say we sent you the wrong item there for we had no clue what was going on.  Then you filed for 'an item not delivered case' then we finally understood what actually happened. At that point we stated how to do a return to get your money back, otherwise an item was delivered and ebay would have sided with us.   We are sorry that we mixed up the shipping accidents happen

  *MUST READ*first off shipping is pure greedx2.. Technically i should say negative feedback, since i got 2 of these for free from local cardshops. (Not greedy cardshops or scalpers like i have just bought) regardless, package came as pictured thanks, i have too many ff7 and chocobo fans in my friend group… so i had to spend OBSURD money on non-precious metaled trinket… people are dumb enough to buy them tho (me i guess, so in that case i hope my friends get rich off your greed. 2/5

  I am not sure what you are trying to say here, but you did outbid someone else to get this item. You saw what the bid was and you saw the shipping amount and still you did bid on it. During release we gave out the 8 we were given but we were able to purchase more from the vendor to offer for sale. Sorry you felt that way but at the end of the day you did purchase the item if you felt it was too much you could of cancelled it
