    Seller wrote that phone doesn t have any damage, but when phone came to me, diplay has a burn. Very disapointed. Great phone but has damaged screen

    The buyer received the phone and thanked me. A few days later, he reported a burn mark on the display that was only visible in dark mode. At my request, he sent a photo, but the defect was not clearly visible. I suggested sending the phone back and refunding the money, but the customer wanted to keep the phone. Since I could not see the defect and the phone had previously worked perfectly, I refused to refund the money. The customer remained friendly.
