That's it as far as Ebay is concerned too, this is not the first time I've brought an electrical device that just hasn't worked yet people openly continue to SELL faulty devices

The purchase was well packed and arrived promptly. I felt the asking price was steep but the Seller accepted an offer, which was fine.
