  Item arrived quickly and was packaged decently, however the item wasn’t as described. Their listing that the product shown in the photos was what would be shipped. However, I got a different one as you can see by the photos. There’s a small chance the item was just damaged in shipping, but I don’t think that’s the case due to how different the condition is. I would reach out to request an exchange but I’m not going to be able to ship this out anytime soon, so I’d like to just keep it.

  Seller took an entire seven days to ship, then when my package arrived I found that it was damaged. Seller sold me an in-box Derpy Hooves figurine with all of her accessories, but when she arrived to me she is missing one of her accessories and the packaging looks like it was re-glued together. I wouldn’t have bought this if I knew she would be damaged/incomplete. Revised feedback: They gave me a refund, which I is good, but that doesn’t change my opinion. I’m still unhappy with my experience.

  we are really sorry about it, to send the wrong item, she said nothing and give a negativ feedback.. sure she get a full refund and can keep it... one email and the problem will be solved without a negativ feedback .. what she just changed
