The packaging was excellent as well. The part was as described, however, the strut was bent to a degree and thus it was not able to be used. Very hard to see the bend though. I was charged $299 compared to fords $715 for a single strut! I let the parts farm know about the issue I had with the bend and they issued a FULL refund!! Stellar customer service!!
